San Francisco 49ers Adjust to New Reality Without McCaffrey

Although Mason’s rushing stats are impressive, there’s no denying that McCaffrey’s presence as a dual-threat player is missed. However, Mason’s strong rushing output puts him in a favorable light. There is even a possibility for McCaffrey to return to the field by Week 7 for a highly-anticipated game against the Chiefs, contingent on his progress in practice.
