Charlotte, N.C. – Eagles Seeded Sixth For Big South Tournament
The seedings and pairings for next week’s Hercules Tires Big South Conference Women’s Basketball Championship at the Quebein Center on the campus of High Point University in High Point, N.C., have been determined, the Conference office announced tonight. The Eagles will be the No. 6 seed and will play No. 3 seeded Radford in the quarterfinals on Thursday, March 7 at 8:00 p.m. on ESPN+. Winthrop split two meetings with Radford this season, falling 63-55 in Radford on Jan. 13 but winning the re-match 54-51 in overtime on Feb. 14 in Rock Hill.
