He pointed out that both players have significantly improved since spring practice and are emerging as key contributors to the team. He praised their physical transformations and their adaptability to the competitive atmosphere.
On the defensive line, the coach expressed confidence in Mason Graham and Kenneth Grant, noting their growth in leadership and conditioning. As they strive to maintain Michigan’s tradition of toughness, Moore remarked that the offensive line is also coming together, emphasizing a constantly competitive environment.“We’ve got nine or ten guys that are competing on a daily basis,” he said, sounding optimistic about their front-line performance.
As for the kicking game, Dominic Zvada is showing promise as the lead contender, but competition remains high. Moore indicated that the coaching staff is pleased with the progress of both kickers and recognizes that maintaining high performance is crucial.
