CN2’s Renee O’Neil recently sat down with Chef Drew Carter and Mixologist/bar director Bob Peters, OTKC’s culinary architects, to discuss what’s new and enticing in the resurrected brunch menu. Drawing inspiration from Southern pleasantries and global gastronomies alike, the duo shared their vision of creating an intimate brunch experience for the city’s food lovers.
Refreshing the Taste Palette
In addition to restoring the traditional favorites, the OTKC menu has been infused with some savory new flavors as well. Commensurate to their passion for exquisite culinary arts, Chef Carter and Bob Peters have introduced a variety of refreshing mocktails and cocktails and, not to mention, some mouth-watering delicacies that will appetize brunch-lovers in the city. The menu details are still under wraps, sparking anticipation among the city’s food buffs.
Heralding Queens Feast with Gusto
Apart from reviving its weekend brunches, OTKC is all set to participate in the impending Queens Feast. Scheduled from January 19th to 28th, Queens Feast is a culinary celebration that includes several of Rock Hill’s finest restaurants, offering 3-course meals for just $40 per person.
Steal some precious moments from your busy life and treat yourself with a jamboree of flavors, all in the serene setting of Old Town Kitchen & Cocktails. The restaurant is located at 300 Technology Center Way, Suite 203 Rock Hill, and is open from Monday to Sunday with varying hours of operation.
