ROCK HILL, S.C. — President Donald Trump is set to headline a midterm campaign rally in Rock Hill on Thursday, using the Rock Hill Sports and Event Center at 326 Technology Center Way to push for Republican Sen. Darline Graham five days before the Nov. 3 election.
Graham is defending the seat against Democrat Annie Andrews, a Mount Pleasant pediatrician. Doors at the venue open at 9 a.m., opening speakers start at 11 a.m. and the president is due on stage at 12:30 p.m.
The Rock Hill Police Department told drivers to expect minor delays around the venue from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Drivers near West White Street will feel it most, since the venue is tucked between Winthrop University and the downtown core.
It is the third Trump visit to Rock Hill in the past decade and the first since he returned to the White House. His earlier stops were primary-season rallies at the Winthrop Coliseum in 2016 and 2024.
York County has more than 194,000 registered voters, and the city is about 25 miles from Charlotte, giving the rally reach into North Carolina as well.
